About the roleAs Data Analyst you will be a key member of the Information Technology team within Atlantis Dubai and will play a pivotal role in extracting valuable insights from our vast data sets providing datadriven recommendations to optimise operations personalise guest experiences and drive revenue growth.

You will collect clean and analyse data from multiple sources including PMS revenue management systems waterpark and guest feedback tools as well as develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualise key metrics and trends.

You will also identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency increase guest satisfaction and optimise marketing campaigns whilst also partnering with key stakeholders across departments to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Other key aspects of the Data Analyst role will be to collaborate with IT colleagues in conceptualising and developing new solutions applications and dashboards and also assist in the definition development and documentation of softwares business requirements objectives deliverables and specifications on a projectbyproject basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.

You will consult with other technical staff (internal and external) to provide expertise toward driving solutions and collaborate with business stakeholders to establish proper standard operating procedures.

About youThe ideal Data Analyst candidate will have a bachelors degree in computer science information systems or software engineering and have a minimum of 5 years experience in an IT support role with a specific focus on ticketing or hotel applications.

You will also possess comprehensive knowledge of relational databases (SQL/Oracle) and query best practices including expertise in triggers stored procedures and reporting using SSRS.

You will also be proficient in SQL Excel Python and SSRS.You will also have experience with business intelligence tools like Power Bi or Tableau and an understanding of AIdriven analytics as well as experience in various web programming languages including HTML CSS JavaScript and a team that is adventurous creative warmhearted and extroverted.
