Description
Communicate with Technical Teams and escalate issues.

  • Provide Sales assistance to customer.
  • Scheduling teams.
  • Complete all required reporting procedures related to the maintenance and repair of the equipment;
  • Accounts for all time and activity by recording information through the proper tracking system;
  • Monitor teams.
  • Analyze and evaluate all materials purchased by technical.
  • Provide technical support to other technicians as needed;
  • Handling Petty cash and preparing reports;
  • Serves as onsite customer contact for technical and servicerelated problems;
  • Prepare MEP quotations

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
