Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties that meet clients' needs and preferences.
Provide accurate and uptodate information on properties, including pricing, features, amenities, and market trends.
Arrange and conduct property viewings with clients and provide expert guidance and advice during the process.
Evaluate and compare properties to help clients make informed decisions.
Negotiate and draft purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other relevant documents.
Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and any necessary repairs or maintenance.
Maintain a database of properties, client information, and transactions.
Stay updated on the local real estate market, industry trends, and legal regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.
Attend networking events and actively seek opportunities to generate leads and expand the client base.
Collaborate with other team members, such as mortgage brokers, lawyers, and property developers, to facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar sales role
:

Indepth knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure favorable deals for clients.
Exceptional customer service skills with a clientfocused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Familiarity with property valuation techniques and financial analysis (preferred).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and attend property viewings as required.
A positive attitude, selfmotivation, and a passion for the real estate industry.
