MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Set project timeline
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project's progress
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
  • Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other parties included in the construction project.
  • Obtain actionable permits from the appropriate authorities.
  • Determine all the resources needed (equipment, manpower, materials) with attention to budget constraints.
  • Hire and allocate responsibilities to contractors, laborers, and other staff.
  • Evaluate the construction project progress and prepare reports.

QUALIFICATION:


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
  • 10 years or more of project management and related experience.
  • Professional certification such as PMP.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
  • Proven success working with all levels of management

Pay:
AED18, AED20,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

Project Manager: 10 years (required)
- sports and Racetrack project management: 5 years (required)
- managing stakeholders, third parties/vendors: 5 years (required)


License/Certification:

  • PMP certification (required)
