_Job Description:
_
- _Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting._
- _Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguard assets._
- _Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning._
- _Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance to identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve financial health._
- _Provide leadership and guidance to finance teams, including coaching, mentoring, and professional development._

_ Job Requirements:
_
- _Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred._
- _Proven experience in financial management or accounting roles, preferably in a managerial capacity._
- _Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards._
- _Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes._
- _Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills._
- _Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines._
