Description

The SAP HCM Consultant will be responsible for providing expertise in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM configuration settings and solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP HCM modules based on business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of projects and enhancements.
• Conduct system testing and contribute to the development of test scripts and scenarios.
• Provide end-user training and support during project implementations.
• Assist in the resolution of HCM-related issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Stay updated on SAP HCM best practices and new features.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• SAP HCM certification or relevant experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Experience in SAP HCM implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
