    Description
    • Primary accountability for the finished products across the AMEA region and for local / regional distribution centers achieving their budget objectives for Inventory Turns
    • Design and deploy strategic initiatives and process improvement projects, aligned with the company operations strategy, for improving the customer On Time Delivery, Lead-Time and Inventory position
    • Lead and support cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead-time, inventory, forecast accuracy and resource utilization; Use Lean 6 Sigma tools whenever applicable and collaborating with other functions within the end-to-end supply chain
    • Coach and provide training for the local units in developing detailed gap analyses across the organization and provide solutions to reach expected customer service levels at optimized inventory levels by utilizing L6S and Value Stream Mapping and Planning and Fulfillment best practices
    • Coach and lead the deployment of inventory management best practices in the region and ensure all business units' adherence to inventory management processes and guidelines
    • Coaching and training the local units in the development and deployment of a short-term planning process, connecting S&OP plan with execution and ensuring the perfect execution of customers' orders on time, with lowest possibly level of inventory
    • Implement and oversee planning & fulfillment performance metrics and KPIs by working closely with colleagues responsible for data mining and performance monitoring tools (e.g. Celonis, Power BI, etc.)

    Your background

    • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business or Engineering or Business required with a minimum of 12 years of experience in planning or inventory management roles and/or a relevant experience in commercial operations; MBA Degree would be a plus
    • Sound knowledge of inventory optimization and forecasting systems (e.g. JDA, Anaplan, etc..) required
    • Strong User capability and experience with of Power BI and of MS Office, specifically with Excel (advanced), Word, Access is essential
    • User knowledge of SAP modules: SD, MM, MRP and APO. Must possess the ability to gather and analyze information skillfully, visualize the result, and develop alternative solutions
    • Must be willing and able to travel within the AMEA region up to 50%
    • Must have outstanding communication skills, including executive presentation skills, able to inspire trust and quickly build credibility. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills are required with ability to coach and develop an S&OP or integrated business planning team is required
    • Must possess strong collaboration skills, with the ability to establish and implement best practices, preferably across multiple manufacturing plants
    • Spoken and written Fluency in English is a must
