Assist the Store Operations Manager in handling the day-to-day management of the non-selling functions of the boutique, aiming at delivering maximum operations efficiency and best customer experience.
Responsibilities include supervising and animating all activities related to stock and cash management, after-sales, staff training to internal policies and procedures, staff training to systems and organizational projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise all tasks and procedures related to stock management, stock movements and inventory managementPerform regular staff training and new hire onboarding on internal processes & systemsIntervene during daily store meetings to train or remind the team on subject related to processes, systems, and complianceParticipate to the launch of organizational projects aiming at maximum operational efficiencyParticipate to the launch of digital projects aiming at maximum staff adoption
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years at supervisory level in the luxury retail industryStrong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skillsAbility to work a full-time schedule including varies hours/days including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
