    Degree or Diploma in HR or BusinessManagement CIPD qualification or working towards (desirable) 5years HR generalist experience 3 years in ER role (Manageddisciplinaries and investigations) In-depth Knowledge of UAE LaborLaw, and legal regulations with ability to comprehend, interpretand apply appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines,regulations, and policies.

    Excellent English communication skillsboth written and verbal. Excellent Interpersonal and customerservice skills. Excellent computer skills including MS Excelskills, and analysis. Able to provide remote ER support for amulti-site operation.

    Well organized and attention to details withthe ability to plan, prioritize and manage high volume of case workand queries to meet deadlines.

    Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills with ability to analyze data, identifytrends and make data driven recommendations. Demonstrated abilityto handle sensitive employee relations issues with professionalism,confidentiality, and fairness. Ability to remain calm andprofessional and manage difficult. Proven track record ofprogression in various HR disciplines, Team Management andoperational hospitality/leisure/guest service experience isdesirable.
