• Ease toexpress creative ideas clearly andconcisely.

• Adobe CC domain and web design and adobepremiere knowledge for the assembly of audiovisualmodels.
• Any level of Motion graphicskills.
• Demonstrable experience creating anddesigning offline and online campaigns.

• Knowledge of interactiveexteriors, websites, e-mailings, landings, campaigns on RRSSInstagram, Facebook, etc.
• 3d skills of anylevel.
• Has a strong POV but also has an openmind; is ready to listen and learn.
• Has strongtechnical design skills across a variety ofprograms.
• Understands the "best inclass" use of each platform. Knows what it means to bemaking something interesting, engaging, and creative in the worldtoday.
• Ability to concept innovative ideas andtactics that people will talk about. Always envisioning thepotential outcomes of each idea
• A versatileteam player; able to work alone or in a team and able to takedirection from creativedirectors.
