    • Adhere to the predefined trainingand development framework, diagnose learning and performance gaps.Recommend, design, develop and deliver innovative solutions andevaluate business impact, consistently achieving excellent customersatisfaction at all levels and meeting agreedKPIs.
    • Ensure that changes to the businessenvironment are analysed and recorded and training programmecontent updated so as to ensure learning solutions remain currentand valid.
    • Demonstrate adherence to Quality andStandards and action improvements to ensure interventions arecurrent, relevant, accurate, and fit forpurpose.
    • Take ownership of agreed performanceobjectives, competencies and development plans; actively pursueself-directed learning in order to remain current and in line withindustry best practice.
    • Implement plans inalignment with the departmental mission, values, goals andpolicies; demonstrate behaviours to represent and promote these andact as a champion for changemanagement.
    • Embrace a culture of costefficiency by adhering to the agreed budget and identifying andimplementing cost-effective work practices. Provide professionalexpertise and products in line with the corporate revenuegeneration strategy.
    • Establish and maintaineffective on-going relationships with key contacts in businessunits, joint ventures and external entities where applicable.Project a professional image and demonstrate high calibre ofknowledge, skills and attitude in order to strengthen and sustaineffective relationships.
    • Ensure that assignedL&D projects are delivered on time, within budget, inadherence with quality standards and meet customer expectations.This includes preparing project plans, tracking key milestones,monitoring efforts on a regular basis, identifying resource needs,performing quality reviews and escalating functional, quality andtimeline issues appropriately and adjusting plans and/or resources.The job holder will coordinate communication with all keystakeholders and also ensure that the projects are aligned with theoverall programme portfolio managed by the respectiveManager.
    • Develop expertise in the respectivearea of specialisation and through on-job observations andattachments, feed-in relevant business data and changes in businessenvironments to the Manager, so as to influence L&D plansand support analysis of business impact for better alignment ofL&D interventions.
