Role Details:


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers,
and scanners.

  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Providing firstline technical support to endusers.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Maintain Proper IT inventory for Company.
  • Perform thorough root cause analysis, best practice troubleshooting techniques and
processes, and procedures as defined by hardware/software vendors and personal

experience.

  • Monitor and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain and update knowledge base documentation of known issues and solutions.
  • Work with other IT Teams to resolve issues.

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer,
IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.

  • Handson experience with Windows environments.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Excellent problemsolving and Troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communications skills.

Qualification, Certification & Educational Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Information System.
  • Relevant Accreditations such as A+, Network+ or any other internationally recognized
certifications.

Should be able to work for longer hour,

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
