Experience:

  • Over 7 years of extensive experience in Financial Services, specializing in Investment Banking, Brokerage, and Asset Management, with prior involvement in Management Consulting or Big 4 firms.
  • Proficient in Research, ERP, Front-End, and Back-Office systems for Brokerage services, Asset Management, and Market Making/Liquidity Provider services.

Skills:


  • Proficient in MS-Project, JIRA, and AzureDevOps.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage RFPs, coordinating the process with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather comprehensive business requirements.
  • Plan and schedule project activities effectively.
  • Define project requirements and success criteria.
  • Establish clear project timelines and milestones.
  • Assign tasks to team members and ensure their timely completion.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks or issues.
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders, providing updates through status meetings or Project STCO.
  • Manage project budget and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Facilitate collaboration among team members for successful project outcomes.

Salary:
From AED15,000.00 per month
