A Showroom Manager is a professional who is responsible for the success of the company's sales department.

Set goals for the team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they're doing in achieving those targets and budgets based on what's happening with revenue streams so that everything runs smoothly from month to month.


This role is a high-performing Showroom Manager to meet the customer's acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.

Will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Assisting HR in recruiting process by setting objectives for new hires coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team on a weekly basis.

Requirements & Skills:


  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful & well experience as a showroom manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and expertise in the interior & furniture manufacturing industry
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
