Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic with multi language speaker with minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate field as a Broker to join our team.

Ideally, you will have a strong record of accomplishment winning new business and will have previous experience in the secondary and off-plan property market.

This role offers career progression and a chance to excel at the top end of the property industry


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.

Property Evaluation: Assess property values and market conditions to advise clients on the pricing, marketing, and sale of their properties.

Property Acquisition: Identify and show properties to potential buyers, negotiating on their behalf to achieve the best possible terms.

Market Research: To be updated about the local real estate market, trends, and developments to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.

Marketing and Promotion: Utilize various marketing tools and platforms to promote properties and attract potential buyers or sellers.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers to ensure a successful transaction.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, contracts, and legal documents related to real estate transactions.


Requirements:


  • Multi Langugae Speaker with strong communication skills. (Prefered Hindi, Arabic,Chinese, Russian)
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the Dubai market is preferred.
  • RERA certification is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws and regulations.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented.
  • Valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle is an advantage.

Salary:
AED2, AED4,000.00 per month
