The Sales team is an integral part of our business and we are looking to grow it.

We are looking for a smart, goal-oriented, and energetic Sales Development Team Leader who will be responsible for supporting a team of Sales Development Analyst ensuring smooth operational execution of recurring day-to-day activities.

What will you be doing?:

Responsibility towards supporting all Sales Development Analysts from two core pillars of the business within both our target market:
Ensure that the team is able to achieve their weekly and monthly KPI's.
Aid in forecasting and managing sales development pipeline.
Create and refine existing processes for managing inbound and outbound pipeline
Identify objections and challenges faced by the team and propose solutions.
Reporting and projecting key success metrics to VP & Exec Team
Helping the team grow with adequate training and learning methods
Raise the bar within the team by hiring exceptional talent on a regular basis
Ensure seamless handover of meetings set/opportunities with the commercial sales team.
Play a key role in development of the team in terms of providing feedback, enhancing skills, and assessing performance of all Sales Development Analysts.
Share ideas, run experiments, and partially assist in execution of strategic projects.
Identify process gaps and areas where efficiencies can be improved contribute towards building these processes along with the VP and the exec team.
