  • Identify new prospective tenants for properties and develop new clients.
  • Maintain good relationship with tenants and work closely with facilities management.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
  • Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers' needs.
  • Maintain a productive relationship with developers and property owners.
  • Negotiate lease/contracts in a timely and reliable manner.
  • Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.
  • Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses.
  • Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Update job and market knowledge
  • Fulfil line manager requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous 2 years UAE experience in Sales / real estate
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • MS Office skills
  • Driving license/ own car preferred
  • Bilingual preferred

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

  • Business Bay, Dubai.
