    Description
    ResponsibilitiesIs responsible for the remeasurement of selected subcontract packagesRemeasures and evaluates changes from revised drawings in regular intervals in accordance with the contractual remeasurement rules and rates and provides internal cost forecasts on that basis in close in close coordination with the relevant work package holderDocuments all site related changes/deviations/claims in PIRS in close cooperation with the relevant work package holder and project procurement manager (the latter for process packages)

    Participates in regular site meetings and discussions with subcontractors verifies respective minutes of meetingVerifies and assesses final remeasurement per building section submitted by subcontractor and informs work package holder of its findings, participates in subsequent discussions to reach agreement with subcontractorInforms Site Commercial Manager and work package holder on a regular basis on commercial risks and opportunitiesSupports Site Commercial Manager in the establishment of documentation for insurance purposesMaintains constructive relationship within the team with other site personnel and subcontractorsPerforms role in accordance with applicable Health Safety Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) legal and Management System requirementsQualificationsQuantity Surveyor> 5 years experienceExperience in remeasuring work packages for construction of industrial plantsProfound knowledge of applicable remeasurement rules (for civil CESMM4)Sound commercial knowledgeFamiliar with applicable HSEQ legal requirementsAdditional InformationExperience in a similar industry and/or function (preferably construction of large industrial plants)Very good commercial awareness and entrepreneurial thinking and actingBasic product know-how and technical understandingExcellent Analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of resilience and assertivenessAbility to set priorities and take decisionsKeen perception and a strong sense of responsibility and accountabilityFor HR agencies:
