Chief Commercial Officer Jobs In Dubai 2022 | NicheHR GlobalJob Responsibilities:Lead the Company's InsureTech division to scale business and meet revenue targets.
Develop Organization structure, processes, and capabilities across all regions.
Work across functions with the company's Broking & develop an alternative route to market channels along with global and regional revenue and operations teams
Conduct business reviews and drive continuous improvement plans in line with the strategic goals.
Develop integration plan with company Broking & Insurance services
Manage the risk and ensure compliance with the regulatory environments operating across multiple regions in Asia, Africa & Middle East and Proactively drive revenue generation and technology initiatives in partnership with the CEO, CBO , and COO InsureTech.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree with Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in Insurance Industry and 5+ years either in consulting or as part of a InsureTech/Fintech.
Proven strategic planning and process management skills
Demonstrated experience in goal setting, monitoring, and driving execution
Strong problem-solving skills
An entrepreneurial spirit.
