Responsibilities:

Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
High level of product knowledge in the relevant and works experienced fields.
Ability to coordinate in a seamless way, internally as well as externally for business closures.
Must knowledge of current laws and documentation for countries like Canada, Australia, Schengen Countries. Responding the clients asap for their queries.
Case managers work closely with licensed immigration consultants and lawyers, handling the administrative tasks that go along with securing visas, study permits, and other important documents.
Drafting submission letters Arranging for document translations.
Reviewing all documents to ensure they are accurate and meet government requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Minimum two years' experience in processing.
Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales, Recruitment or Counseling.
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
Excellent problemsolving and customer service skills.
Familiarity with computers and the internet.
Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
Team skills and strong relationship building skills.

Salary:
AED4, AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
