- Adhere to all Downhole HSEQPolicies and procedures and ensure PPE guidelines arefollowed.
- Extensive safe and efficient use ofall workshop Service and lifting equipment following all applicablerisk assessments and JSA's.
- Withminimum supervision, prepares and assembles the Torquemaster inaccordance with the product and processspecification.
- Sets up and operates theassembly equipment, tools, and fixtures necessary to assemble,inspect and test the products.
- Sets up andmonitors electrical assembly and makes recommendations forimprovement in process and productquality.
- Works with assembly supervisor and QAto ensure product quality, by identifying and resolving assemblyissues.
- Records and documents all assemblyrelated inspection and test results, materials,tools.
- Carry out other work-relatedimprovements as required by thesupervisor.
- Maintains safe, clean workingenvironment in compliance with thepolicies.
