Position:
Call Center Agent

Job location:
Jebel Ali, Dubai

Salary:
AED 4,500

Working days: 6 Days per week

Job responsibilities:

Answer calls, address inquiries, and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.
Assist customers with orders, payments, and complaints.
Followup with relevant stakeholders & close loop customer issues on a timely basis.
Document all call information according to defined operating procedures
Escalate complex issues to supervisors.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Adhere to call center metrics and targets.

Qualifications:

Good written & Spoken skills in English & Arabic.
Minimum 1 year of call centre experience, preferably in the service industry.
Matured enough to work with less/no supervision & ensuring all tasks are performed as per the timeline.

Salary:
AED4,500.00 per month
