- Craft detailed job descriptions identify and document potential candidates.
- Review CVs shortlist candidates and maintain an organized database.
- Coordinate candidate interviews aligning with senior management availability.
- Collaborate with senior management daily on hiring discussions.
- Generate daily MIS reports and prepare trackers to qualify the best candidates.
- Present results and shortlists to the hiring manager.
- Maintain HR files and documents on Teams platform.
- Prepare hiringrelated documents and SOPs as needed.
- Utilize Bayzat for HRIS requirements.
- Update leave trackers in HRIS monthly.
- Compile monthly attendance reports for payroll in accordance with SOPs.
- Verify and process sick leave forms as per SOP.
- Calculate annual leave accruals and conduct final payroll checks.
- Address administrative needs as required.
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the reporting manager or Management.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources preferably an MBA.
- 35 years of recruitment experience.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Demonstrates integrity and confidentiality.
- Possesses a deep understanding of the recruitment process.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
- Detailoriented with excellent relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
