Requirements

• Must be a U.S.Citizen.
• Bachelor's Degree along with8 years of directly related work experience.
  • Inlieu of formal education, an additional 4 years of directly relatedexperience may beconsidered.
• 4 years ofpeople management experience.
• Experienceensuring compliance to FAR Government Property standardsat one or more sites managing Aerospace US Government,Customer-owned property; managing contracts containing the FAR clause; and supporting Government/DCMA and CustomerOn-Site & Limited Surveys.
• Experienceusing common ERP systems (e.g., SAP), web-based collaborationsystems (e.g., SharePoint) and Asset Management tracking systems(e.g., eQuip).
• Must be able to travel up to20%

PreferredQualifications

• Ability to obtain SecurityClearance.
• Certified Professional PropertySpecialist (CPPS) certification from the National PropertyManagement Association (NPMA) or ability to obtain within 1 yearfrom your date of hire.
• Program ManagementExperience, including customer satisfaction as well as Profit& Loss (P&L)responsibility.
• Familiarity with Basis ofEstimate (BOE), Statement of Work (SOW) andProposals.
• Process-Improvement (e.g., Six SigmaGreenbelt)training/certification.
