    We provide highly trained, multilingual event professionals for short-term and long-term engagements across Event Staffing & Hospitality, Hosts & Hostesses, Bar Management, Venues, Museums & Parks, and Event Experts.

    About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that grow Vibes' event staffing services.

    This role combines strategy, execution, leadership, and performance marketing.

    You will work closely with senior management, operations, HR, and external partners to position Vibes as the leading staffing partner for large-scale events, while delivering measurable results through clear KPIs and ROI.

    This is a senior role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility events environment and enjoys both thinking big and rolling up their sleeves.

    Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and increase market share in the event staffing industryAnalyse market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new opportunitiesWork with management to set marketing goals, KPIs, and budgets with a strong focus on ROIDigital Marketing & ChannelsLead digital marketing across social media, email marketing, and website contentDefine the role of each channel to ensure consistent messaging and measurable performanceOversee agencies or internal teams managing paid campaigns, organic content, and community engagementBrand & CommunicationsOwn brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channelsStrengthen brand visibility through PR, social media, sponsorships, and creative campaignsManage creative agencies and partners to ensure brand standards are maintainedOversee all branded materials, including signage, collaterals, and merchandise for events, exhibitions, and client activationsLead Generation & Recruitment MarketingPlan and execute lead generation campaigns to attract event organizers, venues, and brandsPartner with HR and project teams to run recruitment marketing campaigns for temporary and part-time event staffUse SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing to support client and talent acquisitionWork with the Client Partnership team to improve lead quality and conversionWebsite & Digital PresenceOversee website content, performance, and ongoing optimization for lead generation and recruitmentManage external vendors involved in website design, development, and maintenancePR, Events & PartnershipsManage PR strategy, media outreach, and brand storytellingRepresent Vibes at trade shows, conferences, and industry eventsBuild partnerships with event organizers, associations, and industry stakeholdersEnsure marketing efforts align with operational staffing needsLead and mentor the marketing team, setting clear KPIs and performance goalsEncourage collaboration, creativity, and accountabilityAnalytics & ReportingTrack and report marketing performance, KPIs, and ROIManage marketing budgets efficiently in line with company policiesStay updated on industry trends and marketing best practicesWhat we Expect:10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership roleBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related fieldProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong creative thinking combined with analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and strong sense of ownershipExcellent skills in MS Office, especially PowerPointOutstanding English communication skills (written and spoken)Experience in the events, hospitality, staffing, or related industries is preferredMust be based in Abu Dhabi, UAEWhy Join Vibes?At Vibes, you'll be part of an international team delivering some of the most exciting and high-profile events in the region.
