We are urgently looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to support in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
- Attend customer calls and coordinate for orders and deliveries.
- Maintain uptodate record of all customer requirements
- Followup constantly for payments and update system.
- Verify and physically check the Inventory at different locations
- Maintain and reconcile the company petty cash.
- Develop accounting reports and statements
- Ability to prioritize and meet time sensitive deadlines.
- Able to multitask.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- 12 years' of experience in UAE.
- Good communication and organizational skills
Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
