- Cleans and self-inspects guest roomsand public areas as assigned and in accordance with hotelstandards; stocks and maintains the linencloset.
- Possesses a high degree of productknowledge and relevant technical skills. Keeps abreast of events inthe hotel.
- Provides genuine hospitality andrecognition in the work area. Promotes hotel services andproducts.
- Anticipates guest needs and takesownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensureguest satisfaction. Offers a special service touch when anopportunity is presented.
- Sorts, tags andprocesses guest laundry, uniforms and hotellinen.
- Is proficient in the safe handling ofall relevant equipment and machinery; reports defects and accidentsto management immediately. Is competent in MSDS (Material SafetyData Sheet) procedures and trained in accidentresponse.
- To maintain a high standard ofpersonal appearance – ensuring that your uniform is cleanand presentable. Hair should be clean andtidy.
- To check, clean and restock all publicarea restrooms, all lobby areas, the fitness room and the fitnesscentre.
- To be responsible for collecting andsigning for work sheet and master key at the start of duty. Reportany loss of key immediately.
- To be responsiblefor reporting any malfunctioning equipment.
- Toimmediately report and hand into Housekeeping Office any propertyor guest keys found in 'check out'rooms.
- To be responsible for keeping guestdoors closed whilst servicing the guestroom and using 'Weare servicing your room' sign.
- Tocarry out any other cleaning duties as specified by yourSupervisor.
- To keep service pantries tidy andcorrectly stocked, and closed at all times when not in use. Mustensure working equipment is always clean, tidy and in good workingorder.
- To be responsible for reporting toSupervisor the rooms which do not require service or which have DNDsigns in his / her assigned area.
- To report tosupervisor any blankets, bedspreads, valances etc. that needchanging.
- To complete deep cleaning of rooms asallocated by Supervisor.
- To report to yoursupervisor anything or anyone suspicious.
- Toreport to the supervisor anything this may be a Health and Safetyhazard.
- To complete accurately the controllists at times as advised by yourSupervisor.
- To report any missing items fromrooms e.g. bathrobes, soap dishes etc.
- To cleanand make up all rooms to the standard required by Four Seasons, byperforming activities such
- Attends to guest andinternal customers calls and coordinates with concerned departmentsto ensure timely and efficient servicedelivery.
- Assists in general departmentadministration.
