    Job Title:Steelfixer
    Location: United ArabEmirates

    Overview:

    Weare seeking a skilled and experienced Steelfixer to join ourconstruction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible forcutting shaping positioning and securing steel reinforcement bars(rebar) and mesh used to reinforce concrete structures. This roleis crucial in ensuring the strength durability and integrity of ourconstructionprojects.



    RequirementsResponsibilities:

    • Readand interpret working plans and steel lists for thejob.
    • Cutsteel bars to the required lengths using bolts shears and otherhand or powertools.
    • Shapesteel bars using bending and cutting machines ensuring they fitexactly according to theplans.
    • Securesteel bars and mesh to concrete forms using fasteners rodbendingmachines blowtorches and handtools.
    • Placespacers and chairs to set the reinforcement bars at the correctlevels.
    • Workclosely with formworkers and concreters to identify therequirements for reinforcement and itsplacement.
    • Ensurecompliance with building codes and safety regulations regarding theuse and placement ofrebar.
    • Maintaintools and equipment ensuring they are in good working order andavailable for use whenneeded.
    • Collaboratewith the construction team to ensure timely completion ofprojects.

    EssentialQualifications:

    • Provenexperience as a Steelfixer with a minimum of 2 years in theconstructionindustry.
    • Basiceducation or vocational training in construction metalwork or arelatedfield.
    • Knowledgeof construction practices safety standards and regulations in theUAE

    Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
