    Description

    As a global product based tech company we are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team in a remote-friendly role. The candidate will be required to apply their depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle.

    The Role:

    • Play a vital role in the automation and oversight of our system deployments
    • Partial involvement as abackend developer - involved in the development of backend features using .Net/ .Net Core
    • Responsible for all aspects of implementation / management of software delivery pipelines
    • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining system uptime / resiliency
    • Maintain and build upon existing CI/CD tooling and processes
    • Bridge the gap between infrastructure and software
    • Work as a back-end web developer and deliver scalable, high quality features

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Solid experience with PowerShell scripting, building / maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
    • Experience with CI/CD tooling (Team City, Octopus Deploy)
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of version control concepts (ie. Git/Branching).
    • Experience and understanding of cloud platform tech (AWS/Microsoft Azure)
    • Staying up to date on newest technologies and trends in the industry
    • Knowledge and understanding of C#, .Net, Web API
    • Understanding of infrastructure build/automation tools such as Helm/Terraform and Docker/Kubernetes Clusters a bonus
    • Experience/knowledge with Rest APIs
    • Experience working with databases (e.g. SQL Server)
