As an Assistant Manager – Food andBeverage in Kaleidoscope, you will be reporting directly toDirector of Food & Beverage and assisting in the day to dayrunning of the Hotels food and beverage operation, whilst ensuringbest practices are being followed and implemented that areconsistent with company standard operating procedures, policies andprocedures.

The successful candidate will oversee the operations ofthe outlets appointed by the Food & Beverage Director andSenior Vice President.

The Assistant Manager – Food andBeverage will also assist in preparing or consolidating the yearlybudget for the department and preparing the monthly incomestatement for each outlet/department whilst attending the monthlyKPI performance meeting with the OutletManagers.

The ideal candidatemust be confident to deal with peers and senior colleagues and canempower others to make decisions, whilst holding solid businessadministration skills.
