    Description

    ·Supervise andlead large sized/scoped projects assuming entire responsibilityfrom conceptual to detailed design, QA/QC, procurement anddelivery. Must maximize discipline efficiencies in bidding andexecution and achieve significant savings through work transfer toother Work Centers, reduced rework, reduction in quantity growth,reduce material wastage, and execute within budgeted man-hour andproject schedules.

    ·Review the ITB(Invitation To Bid) documents submitted in the proposals stage,issue inquiry requisitions, review techno-commercial vendor offers,prepare equipment, material and man-hourestimates.

    ·Establish contract review criteria,identify and resolve discrepancies and divergences from originalproposal through the instigation of technical queries toprojects/client.

    ·Review contract requirements forproject execution, organize the preparation of the TechnicalDocument Register (TDR) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) withother Work Centre's by identifying requirements and scopeof work.

    ·Ensurethe assignment and distribution of manpower for the execution ofengineering activities within budgeted project man-hours within SLAwith VECs. Recommend measures to optimize overall man-hours& execution cost.
