We are a reputable business setup company in Dubai, UAE, seeking a skilled and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team.

As a PRO, you will play a pivotal role in managing government-related processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining a positive image for our company.

Your expertise in liaising with government authorities, handling documentation, and effective communication will be essential to our success.


Key Responsibilities:


Government Liaison:

Act as the key point of contact for all interactions with government entities, including Dubai Economic Department (DED), Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), Dubai Chamber, Dubai Immigration, and other relevant authorities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships to facilitate efficient business transactions and compliance.


Document Processing:

Oversee the preparation, submission, and processing of various government-related documents, including trade licenses, visas, labor cards, permits, and other regulatory requirements.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to all legal obligations.


Compliance Management:
Keep abreast of the latest changes in UAE business laws, immigration policies, and government regulations. Ensure our clients' businesses comply with all legal requirements at all times.


Public Relations:

Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, government authorities, suppliers, industry partners, and the public to enhance our company's reputation and promote our services.

Crisis Management:
Develop effective strategies to handle potential PR crises and manage any negative publicity that may arise. Swiftly address and resolve issues to protect our clients' and our company's reputation.


Report Generation:

Generate regular reports on government interactions, progress on client projects, and PR activities to present to management and clients.

Networking:

Establish and maintain a strong network of government officials, industry professionals, and potential clients to support our company's growth and business development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred
• Proven work experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role in Dubai, UAE, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a business setup company.
• Indepth knowledge of UAE business laws, government procedures, and licensing requirements specific to Dubai.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Problemsolving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
• Familiarity with local customs, culture, and business practices in Dubai is essential.
