Ensure guests are properly greeted as per restaurant standards by the Hostesses upon their arrival.

Manage overall scheduling of dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for customers according to the Restaurant Reservations SOP.
Enforces the standards detailed in F&B Enquiry/Booking Checklist upon overseeing the team of Hostesses taking Restaurant enquiries or bookings.
Has a working knowledge of the dining room layout, table numbers, stations and colleagues working during each shift.
Familiar enough with the menu to answer any questions the customers may have and should inform customers of any specials at time of seating.
Demonstrates a sound knowledge of all menu items, Restaurant F&B Service procedures and restaurant hygiene standards.
Immediately shares customer name to relevant service colleague directly after seating.
Informs colleague of any specific customer request or needs.
Responsible for the collection and input of any relevant customer history in profile
Ensures a proper capture of all customer source data (inhouse, local residents, outside tourist) and consolidate per shift.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position within highvolume restaurants and lounges in Dubai
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Familiar with ERP and MS Office softwares.
Great leadership skills.
Effective communication skills.

Salary:
From AED14,000.00 per month
