We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and adaptable Operations Support Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for male candidates with a combination of practical driving skills, intermediate computer knowledge, and logistics experience, who thrive in high-pressure environments. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations by supporting various office tasks, driving responsibilities, and logistics-related duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving: Safely transport staff or goods between locations as needed (must have a valid driving license and a clean driving record).
- Logistics Support: Assist with logistics-related tasks such as coordinating shipments, inventory management, and route planning.
- Office Support: Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and managing communications.
- Computer Operations: Utilize office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.) to complete tasks like document preparation, reporting, email management, and data management.
- Customer Support: Handle basic queries and provide assistance to clients or team members as required.
- Pressure Management: Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Work with various departments and team members to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Time Management: Organize and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring all responsibilities are completed within the designated working hours.
Qualifications:
- Gender Preference: This role is specifically open to male candidates due to the nature of some job responsibilities, like carrying heavy weights, etc.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Driving License: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Logistics Experience: Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is required.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Experience: Prior experience in an office, logistics, or operational support role is an advantage.
- Language: Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure with a can-do attitude, especially during peak hours.
