    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Workingwith other camp staff members to plan and coordinate campevents.
    • Leading and supporting campers as theyparticipate in age-appropriateactivities.
    • Monitoring campers to ensurecompliance with camp rules and preventaccidents.
    • Cleaning, maintaining and ensuringproper use of camp facilities andequipment.
    • Reporting and recording details ofincidents, such as accidents or rule violations, to parents andcamp staff.
    • Memorizing all emergency proceduresand enforcing camp rules.
    • Participating instaffmeetings.

    Requirements:

    • Highschool diploma, equivalent, or active enrollment inschool.
    • Experience working in camps, withchildren, or with specific activities may bepreferred.
    • First aid, CPR, and additionaltraining may be required orbeneficial.
    • Physical ability to participate inactivities, run, climb, swim, lift, or support the weight ofchildren.
    • Ability to pass a background check, aphysical, and proof of immunizations.
    • Highlevel of responsibility andaccountability.
    • Upbeat, engagingpersonality.
    • Strong communication,interpersonal, and leadershipskills
