    Job Summary

    Restore Talent Solutions is expanding its network of experienced freelance Business Writing Skills Trainers to deliver high-impact corporate communication programmes across the UAE and wider GCC region.

    We are seeking professional facilitators who specialise in developing workplace writing excellence — helping employees, managers, and leaders communicate with clarity, professionalism, and influence through written communication.

    Trainers will be engaged on a project basis to deliver programmes from the RTS Business Writing catalogue, covering everyday business correspondence through advanced executive and strategic writing.

    Key Training Areas Covered

    Freelance trainers may be assigned to facilitate one or more of the following programmes:

    • Business English Foundations

    • Essential Business Writing Skills

    • Advanced Business Writing & Executive Communication

    • Effective Report Writing & Executive Summaries

    • Technical Report Writing for Professionals

    • Writing Effective Minutes of Meetings

    • Email & Digital Correspondence Mastery

    • Writing for Hybrid & Remote Teams

    • Persuasive Proposals & Pitch Writing

    • Cross-Cultural & Inclusive Business Writing

    • Data Storytelling & Insight Writing

    • Crisis & Reputation Management Writing

    • Thought Leadership & Professional Content Writing

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver engaging business writing and professional communication workshops for corporate clients

    • Facilitate practical writing exercises, editing sessions, and real-world workplace simulations

    • Train participants to write clear, concise, and professional emails, reports, and proposals

    • Support managers and executives in producing high-impact strategic documents

    • Adapt writing delivery for multicultural and cross-cultural business environments

    • Represent Restore Talent Solutions professionally during client engagements

    • Provide structured feedback and improvement guidance to participants



    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    • Proven experience delivering corporate business writing or communication skills training

    • Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching capability

    • Expertise in professional writing standards, tone, structure, and clarity

    • Ability to train diverse audiences across multiple writing levels

    • Professional fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

    Preferred Experience

    • Background in corporate communications, journalism, consulting, or L&D

    • Experience delivering writing programmes for government or enterprise clients

    • Familiarity with executive writing, proposal development, or crisis communication

    • Ability to deliver multiple programmes across the RTS Business Writing portfolio

    Engagement Model

    • Client delivery schedules and location
