Job summary
The BIM CAD Technician role supports storm water drainage and wet utilities projects by delivering accurate BIM models and CAD drawings.Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with BIM Lead to ensure compliance with project policiesr, delivery schedules
- Produce engineering drawings using CAD tools including layouts arrangements flow sheets assemblies isometrics component details
- Manage BIM activities from project initiation through to completion in coordination with design teams
- Create parametric families manager non-parametric content
- Perform clash detection using Autodesk Navisworks prepare coordination reports
Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum ten years of drafting experience within UAE on wet utilities projects Proven experience on storm water drainage irrigation sewerage related infrastructure works Solid understanding of MicroStation AutoCAD Excellent written verbal communication skills English Experience working within structured QA environments Job description
