Graduate in Commerce with 7-8 years of experience.

  • As an Assistant store manager, you must display management and organisational skills to promote the efficiency of store operations and promote a luxury shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the store manager to Manage the store to achieve sales objectives and retail KPI
Visibility on the shop floor with the sales team and clients
Must adopt a customer-first approach and ensure all team members offer exemplary customer service expected from a luxury brand.
Supervise training
Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback.
Maintain cordial relations with customers and resolve complaints and grievances.
Must constantly educate oneself and other staff to enhance product knowledge.
Implementing and following the guidelines from the marketing department.
Guide sales team on extraordinary service, selling techniques, and ideas to deliver unique and memorable selling experiences.
Act as a strong brand ambassador by always upholding brand values and ethos.


Desired Functional Skills:

  • Knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes, fabrics, and
designer labels. Well-acquainted with regional languages as well as English


Desired Behavioural Skills:

  • Good aesthetic sense, effective Communication skills,
leadership skills, people management skills, well-organized and collaborative
Desired Industry Experience

  • Experience in bridal couture, menswear, and international fashion brand
