Group CFO Banking FintechEcommerce DubaiBishkekWe require a strategic and entrepreneurialfinance executive with banking experience with extensive experiencein the fintech startup and scaleup world. The Chief FinancialOfficer will play a key role in fund raising for growth investorrelations and business planning as well as lead the finance teamcreating a financial operating model that is robust scalable anddesigned to support organic and inorganicgrowth.

Responsibilities

• Overseeaccounting and financial operations to ensure financialtransparency accurate and timely preparation of financialstatements
• Develop and implement financialstrategies that support growth in revenue and profit providestrategic insight to the board and a high level of accountinghygiene
• Work closely with the CEO onfundraising plans financial communications investor relationscapital structure due diligence andnegotiations
• Identify and evaluate potentialinorganic growth opportunities and support the execution ofM&A transactions designed to deliver real terms value tothe business
• Conduct risk management throughanalysis of the company liabilities investments and evaluate/managecapital structure
• Manage the consolidationexercise and ensure that all consolidated financial statements areprepared in accordance with both local and IFRSstandards
• Identify and mitigate financial riskscoordinate the audit process ensure compliance with all financialregulations and laws liaising and negotiating with investorssuppliers and banks
• Build and maintainrelationships with the companys stakeholders potential partnersincluding banks financial institutions advisory firms investors andrelevant government entities
• Assess pricingstrategies cost strategies and profitability analysis to supportbusiness development efforts
• Continuouslymonitor and improve financial processes and systems providingleadership direction and management of the financefunction

SkillsRequirements

• Bachelors or mastersdegree in accounting finance or similar field from a leadinguniversity. An MBA CMA CPA or CFA qualification is highlypreferable
• 15 years of experience in financeand accounting with proven experience as a CFO within fintechbanking ecommerce with emphasis onbanking
• Proven track record of successful fundraising and experience in investor relations and M&A aproven track record of working within B2B PE backedbusiness
• Fund raising experience post series BC previous experience of leading a business through a trade sale orIPO exit desirable
• Working knowledge of OpenBanking and PSD2 is beneficial but not mandatory as in anyunderstanding of Open Banking regulations around theworld
• Extensive network and strong knowledge ofthe financial market and business landscape with the ability tobuild partnerships
• Listing experience andworking with International Banksbeneficial
