    A Passenger Service Agent is responsible for assisting passengers during their journey at an airport or train station. They provide customer service, check-in passengers, handle baggage, and coordinate boarding processes.

    Passenger Service Agents also assist passengers with special needs, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a smooth and pleasant travel experience.

    This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    Responsibilities


    • Greet and assist passengers with check-in processes.
    • Issue boarding passes and baggage tags.
    • Check passports, visas, and travel documents for validity.
    • Handle and transport passenger baggage.
    • Provide assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs.
    • Answer passenger inquiries and provide accurate information.
    • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate boarding processes and ensure on-time departures.
    • Collaborate with airline and airport staff to ensure efficient operations.
    • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the passenger service counters.
    Requirements
