    • Seasonal concept map/ storyexecution to the highest levels in terms of quality and consumerimpact.
    • Alignment with the retail marketingteam against seasonal priorities, door plans andexecutions
    • Alignment with the Category teams onproduct allocation and availability
    • Alignmentwith the budget / Planning team in terms of prioritization andbrand calendar
    • Execution within assigned storesagainst assigned timelines / budgets andexpectations.
    • Recap, KPI & ROIpresentations of all activations.
    • Owningproject management across the board to make sure all executions areup to brand expectations andstandard
    • Alignment, steering and overseeing allagency relations to execute any activations (from brief torecap)
    • Creating and maintaining agency rosterand database for physical activations in GCC and building a KPI /performance analysis for each activation /agency.
    • Pitching and awarding pitches to set ofrostered agencies
    • Photo / video recap of eachactivation
    • Encourages / enables and workswithin the team positively / providing clear direction and supportfor all processes and tasks within theresponsibility.
    • Acts as a role model within thewider team


    • The candidate must have goodorganizational skills and have the ability to manage budgets andmonitor the return on investment through good numericalknowledge.
    • Building a good relationship withexternal suppliers is key to making sure the business is gettingthe highest standards at the , so good negotiation skills arerequired.
