Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and provide potential tenants with information on the property and neighborhood.
• Negotiate lease agreements and prepare necessary paperwork for transactions.
• Maintain a database of available properties and communicate regularly with landlords to ensure units are rented quickly and efficiently.
• Stay uptodate on local rental market trends and rental rates.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and other legal requirements related to leasing.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as property managers and maintenance staff, to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service.
• Attend networking events and participate in community outreach to expand tenant base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in property management or leasing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive, selfmotivated, and resultsdriven.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with fair housing laws and local rental market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.

Working Conditions:

The Leasing Agent will primarily work out of a real estate office or at the property being leased, but will also spend time traveling to properties, meeting with potential tenants, and attending networking events.

The position may require work on evenings and weekends to accommodate tenant schedules.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for a Leasing Agent may be hourly or salary-based, depending on the company's compensation structure. Additional benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. The specific salary and benefits package will be discussed during the hiring process.
