Description

Manage and develop the organization's corporate affairs approach in the ME in co-ordination with Head of CLA.Develop an effective working relationship with Regional & Group corporate Affairs, within Group CLA, to ensure that all aspects of trade and regional engagement are harmonised with Group's political engagement strategy and direction and vice versa.

Ensure that all corporate affairs strategies encapsulate our commercial interests and translate these into engagement and activity plans.

Develop & execute campaign plans as needed to address policy issues including excise and regulations on NGP and FMC.Develop and lead a program of stakeholder engagement.

Update the business on regulatory developments impacting business areas.

Continuously monitor and assess the regulatory environment to identify potential developments and trends and where necessary provide strategic advice to the organization's management teamEnsure that the organization operates within the legal framework.

Build effective relationships with industry personnel, business partners, suppliers, relevant industry bodies and other FMCG businesses.
Manage all stakeholders and represent the company in all related meeting.


Key Requirements:
Minimum 7 years in stakeholder management - ideally government agencies.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and ExcelLegislative processesGeopolitical knowledgeFluent spoken and written EnglishFluent spoken and written ArabicExcellent Stakeholder management and communication skillsDetail oriented, motivated and outside the box thinking, highly driven.
