Our Project Office Department in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, is looking for a Secretary.

As Project Office Secretary you will support the various Project Office Manager with any secretarial work that comes up.

This position contains a width variety of tasks and there is a great deal of freedom to set up your own working system.

• Administrative support to the team
• Managing diaries
• Processing, distributing, and archiving incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Arranging travel documents (flights, residence permits, visas)
• Taking minutes during departmental and other meetings
• Reserving meeting facilities
• Managing the Document Management System
• A completed secretarial degree, at least Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum of 35 years recent work experience in a comparable position, preferably at a large international organization.
• Good skills in MS Office
• Excellent communication and social skills
• A good command of spoken and written in English
• An independent, proactive colleague with a serviceminded attitude.
