We are a wholesale company specializing in the distribution of laptops and related products. Our company is dedicated to providing our customers with the latest technology at competitive prices. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow our business.

Job Summary:
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for our company.

This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You will work closely with the management team to support our business goals and ensure that our employees are engaged and motivated.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints, resolving conflicts, and conducting investigations as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to human resources
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, 401k, and paid time off
  • Conduct training and development programs for employees to enhance skills and improve performance
  • Oversee the performance evaluation process and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records, including personnel files and payroll information
  • Develop and manage HR budgets and track expenses to ensure compliance with company financial goals
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HRrelated issues and concerns

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to human resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound judgments
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals
  • Experience with HRrelated software

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
