- Implement activities under minimal supervision. Escalate complex problems to the Procurement Managers and Head of Procurement.
- Support Category Managers in sourcing event, bid evaluation, supplier selection process and contract management.
- Conduct sourcing events for low value routine goods and services ('tail spend') upon approved service requests from the stakeholders
- Purchase orders: Process all service requests and purchase orders in system for non-Merchandise categories, primarily Technology, Logistics, Marketing, and Admin.
- Assist in Purchase Orders issuance.

Description
Our Procurement Trainee will beresponsible for souring goods and services based on stakeholders' requests, raising purchase orders based on service requests, providing information for the estimated / actual landed costs, maintaining prices in the system. In addition, the job holder of this position is responsible for managing the inventory operations and scheduling deliveries.
