Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will serve as a crucial link between our organization and our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their goals. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
Develop and implement strategies to grow accounts and increase revenue.
Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell services based on clients' needs and preferences.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering quality services and solutions.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to generate leads and promote the firm's services.
Communicate client requirements and preferences effectively to internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify and address potential risks to client relationships and take proactive measures to mitigate them.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within the audit, accounting, or professional services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.

Salary:
AED2, AED4,000.00 per month
