As a Relationship Manager, you will serve as a crucial link between our organization and our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their goals. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow accounts and increase revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell services based on clients' needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering quality services and solutions.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to generate leads and promote the firm's services.
  • Communicate client requirements and preferences effectively to internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and address potential risks to client relationships and take proactive measures to mitigate them.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within the audit, accounting, or professional services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.

Salary:
AED2, AED4,000.00 per month
