Weare seeking a versatile and experienced Accountant Plus ProcurementSpecialist to join our team. This unique role requires a blend ofoperational accounting expertise and comprehensive procurementskills tailored to the construction industry in the UAE. Thesuccessful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our dailyaccounting operations and enhancing our procurementprocesses.

KeyResponsibilities:

OperationalAccountingFunctions:

• Manage dailyaccounting tasks including invoicing accounts payable accountsreceivable and payroll processing.
• Reconcilebank statements and maintain accurate financialrecords.
• Assist in cash flow management andoperational budget tracking.
• Liaise with otherdepartments to ensure proper accounting of alltransactions.

ProcurementDuties:

• Lead thesourcing negotiation and acquisition of construction materials andservices.
• Develop and maintain relationshipswith suppliers and contractors.
• Conduct marketresearch to stay informed of industry trends and procurement bestpractices.
• Oversee the procurement process fromrequisition to delivery ensuring compliance with company policiesand quality standards.
• Manage and optimizeinventory levels to ensure timely availability ofmaterials.

GeneralResponsibilities:

• Collaboratewith various teams to streamline operations and contribute tocostsaving initiatives.
• Participate in thedevelopment and implementation of new operational and procurementprocedures.
• Ensure adherence to legal andregulatory requirements in all financial and procurementactivities.

Requirements:

• Bachelorsdegree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or relatedfield.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience inoperational accounting and procurement preferably in the UAEconstruction industry.
• Strong understanding ofaccounting principles and procurementstrategies.
• Proficiency in accounting softwareMS Office and inventory managementsystems.
• Excellent communication negotiationand organizational skills.
• Ability to workindependently and handle multiple tasks in a fastpacedenvironment.
• Fluent in English; proficiency inArabic isadvantageous.
