- Coaches and is a mentor for theSales & Events team.
- Complies with allregional reporting requirements in the saidtimeframe.
- Represents the hotel at Road Shows,Trade shows and management events.
- Determinesand implements the balance of business mix into thehotel.
- Provides on the job and externaltraining for colleagues in the department asrequired.
- Any other duties may reasonably berequested by the management.

- Designs sales strategies toinfluence positively local markettrends.
- Guides, coaches to confidently deliverflexible solutions to client needs.

- Ensure that the performance of salescolleagues achieves Services LevelAgreements.
- Ensure the systems within Jumeirahenable the delivery of SLAs.
- Set long andshort-term strategic outputs for customerservice.
- Lead the development of flexiblesolutions which are attractive tocustomers.
- Undertakes all job taskscompetently.
- Identifies and evaluates businesstrends/needs and uses this information to set and reviewdepartmental objectives.
- Ensures clear StandardOperating Procedures are developed, communicated, updated, andimplemented to ensure compliance with ISO andQuality.
- Reviews monthly KPIs and BalancedScore Cards.
- Reviews and processes SalesIncentive Plan.
