    • Liaises with relevantdepartments to ensure all client needs and requests aremet.
    • Maintains effective communication, withregular 1-2-1 and team meetings.
    • Identifies andbuilds productive relationships with businesspartners.
    • Leads the creation of flexiblesolutions to attract new and potentialcustomers.
    • Coaches and is a mentor for theSales & Events team.
    • Complies with allregional reporting requirements in the saidtimeframe.
    • Represents the hotel at Road Shows,Trade shows and management events.
    • Determinesand implements the balance of business mix into thehotel.
    • Provides on the job and externaltraining for colleagues in the department asrequired.
    • Any other duties may reasonably berequested by the management.
    • Identifiespartners to drive short & long-term salesstrategies.
    • Designs sales strategies toinfluence positively local markettrends.
    • Guides, coaches to confidently deliverflexible solutions to client needs.
    • Proactivelycreates and leads business-growth & networkingopportunities.
    • Develops partner relationshipsto identify and assist in future industrytrends.
    • Uses expectations to guide strategicsales plans.
    • Develops relationships to gaindeep understanding of business potential for guiding, meeting, andexceeding customer needs.
    • Proactively creates& leads business networking to meet strategictargets.
    • Ensure that the performance of salescolleagues achieves Services LevelAgreements.
    • Ensure the systems within Jumeirahenable the delivery of SLAs.
    • Set long andshort-term strategic outputs for customerservice.
    • Lead the development of flexiblesolutions which are attractive tocustomers.
    • Undertakes all job taskscompetently.
    • Identifies and evaluates businesstrends/needs and uses this information to set and reviewdepartmental objectives.
    • Ensures clear StandardOperating Procedures are developed, communicated, updated, andimplemented to ensure compliance with ISO andQuality.
    • Reviews monthly KPIs and BalancedScore Cards.
    • Reviews and processes SalesIncentive Plan.
