Description
Responsible for the daily Accounting entries of the company(ledger,JV's,Purchases, PDC's, payment, receipts)

  • Petty cash posting by project wise cost and control.
  • Expert in VAT Calculation and VAT Filing.
  • Should have good experience in filing system.
  • Should have experience for Audit reports submission.
  • Should have knowledge intercompany transactions.
  • Reconciliation of All Accounts on monthly bases i.e. suppliers, bank Accounts, clients.
  • Preparation of all monthly financial reports.
  • Provide reporting and budgeting as required by Senior Management.
  • Manage company and project cash flow.
  • Should have knowledge of WPS and payroll process.
  • Work with project management staff ensuring proper compliance with accounting procedures.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounts specialization.
  • 2 to 3 years of Experience in Building construction
  • Experience in job cost accounting and financial reporting
  • Must Have Knowledge in ERP System / Preferable Focus & Quick book
  • Understanding of commercial insurance policies required
  • Language proficiency: English/Arabic

Salary:
From AED1.00 per month

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Accounting: 2 years (preferred)

Language:


  • Arabic,English (required)
